As trauma informed psychotherapists, our emphasis is softness and sacredness which helps us to connect with our sovereignty. Coming home to who we already are beneath conditioning, noise and survival patterns.

FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH
This drumming circle is for anyone interested in connecting with themselves and others through the vibrations of the drum for healing and spiritual revelation.
We will be working with ancient medicine energy and the medicine wheel in a focused, fun, and accessible way. Let the rhythm and vibrations be your guide. Bring your drum or rattle or if you don't have either then just bring yourself and connect with the energy of the group.
