A mantra is a word or phrase that is repeated in order to manifest. It focuses the mind, helps stop the mind chatter, and creates space and stillness inside. There are so many different mantras for all sorts of situations. They can be sung in the car, around the home, whilst preparing food, for physical healing, for manifesting, or for palliative care.
When we first came across chanting Mantras many years ago, we felt out of our comfort zone as we had not experienced it before. After a weekend of chanting, we discovered the power and connection of this beautiful practice and we've never looked back.
Mantras are formulas that alter the patterns of the mind and the chemistry of the brain, working on a cellular level. It's like an inner massage. The resonance of the vibrations can bring healing and balance into our bodies including our Throat Chakra.
We love bringing groups together to chant - it's a really fun way to connect, heal, and raise the collective vibration.
