Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga isn’t about how bendy or flexible you are. If that is what you are looking forward then this class isn’t for you!

Kundalini Yoga is a science using specific exercises in sequence. There are thousands of different kriyas (sets of exercises) and meditations with breathwork or mantra, for all over wellbeing.

One of the main aspects of Kundalini Yoga is the breath that helps us to connect our body and our mind, bringing us into presence. Kundalini Yoga uses the breath to help us connect our body and our mind, bringing us into presence. 

One of the many reasons I teach this yoga is because it creates calmness inside as well as boosts our energy levels.
