About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga isn’t about how bendy or flexible you are. If that's what you are looking for, then this class isn’t for you!

Kundalini Yoga is a science using specific exercises in sequence. There are thousands of different kriyas (sets of exercises) and meditations with breathwork or mantra, for all-over well-being.

One of the main aspects of Kundalini Yoga is the breath that helps us to connect our body and our mind, bringing us into presence. One of the many reasons we teach this yoga is because it creates calmness inside as well as boosts our energy levels.

Tuesday Class Timetable

All Tuesday classes take place at Perth Wellness Centre, 6.45pm - 8pm.

No booking is required for our in-person classes.

You can pay cash on arrival, either £10 for a single class or £32 for a block of four.

Your classes roll over until you have used all 4 in the block.
