Preparation, Integration & Aftercare
This retreat itself is a journey of transformation.
This experience includes a preparatory call with Julia & Julia as well as a group integration session after the retreat. You also have the option to add on a package of 3 integration sessions so that you can continue to work 1:1 with one of the Julia's to help consolidate your experience.
To help your reflection process leading up to and after this ceremony we have created a Psychedelic Journal. If you would like to order a copy please let us know as we are offering this to you at a discounted price of £12 plus P&P which brings it to a total of £15.
To reserve your place on a retreat, we first ask you to complete a health check form and then we'll be in touch to arrange a telephone consultation to ensure it's the right fit for you.
We love working together and are both highly experienced psychotherapists and trauma specialists. We hold the space and the plant medicines sacredly, honouring the experience with care, support, and love.

An important aspect of these experiences is how you integrate all that you have learned into your everyday life. What makes us different from other ceremony leaders is the aftercare we offer, which is essential to support you moving forwards.
The retreat itself is a stepping stone in your overall journey, and integration is a big part of it. In addition to the preparatory call and group integration session that are included in the retreat, we offer an optional deeper integration package to help consolidate your experience. This typically involves 3 x 60 minute online Zoom sessions with one of the Julia's in the weeks after your retreat.
